How To Help

Help us increase access to justice!

Legal Aid of Arkansas will hold community listening sessions the last week of July in some of the most impoverished communities we serve. Our staff will be in Lake View, Hughes, Helena and Holly Grove and provide legal information about housing, domestic violence, education law, sealing criminal records, and Arkansas Works insurance coverage, and inform the public about how to access Legal Aid services.

As part of the events, we will ask those in attendance to tell us about legal problems and needs they are experiencing. This information will help us serve the community better. Each family that provides feedback will receive a $5 gift card.

We are budgeting for a minimum of 100 gift cards, and donations to help cover this expense are greatly appreciated!

Contributions may not be used in any manner that is inconsistent with the Legal Services Corporation Act, 42 U.S.C. 2996 et seq. or by Public Law 104-134, which requires that notices of these restrictions be given in full to all funders or programs funded by the Legal Services Corporation.

Donate Now!

All gifts go directly to support the services that Legal Aid of Arkansas provides to ensure that all Arkansans have access to critical civil legal services that protect health, safety, economic security, and family stability.

If you would prefer to mail your gift rather than donating online, you can use our printable donation form. If you are interested in making a bequest or making a gift of securities, please contact us for further information.

We thank you in advance for your generous support that sheds light on our cause for thousands of people. Your gifts, both large and small, will help us achieve our mission of providing equal access to justice for all.
